Pro-Judiciary Rally
Join Montanans from across the state on Friday, April 18th at 12 PM at the Montana State Capitol flag plaza in Helena for the Rally to Defend the Montana Supreme Court. For years, Montana has chosen its Supreme Court Justices through non-partisan elections to ensure the court remains fair and independent—free from political influence. But now, some lawmakers are attempting to politicize our highest state court. This rally is a stand to protect the Montana Constitution and the fundamental rights it guarantees—like privacy, a clean and healthful environment, and citizen participation in government. Help preserve Montana’s values by showing up and speaking out.
