Since 1981, MontPIRG has been standing up for the rights of renters across Montana. While our work has evolved over the years, we still constantly strive to ensure individuals have an understanding of the legal rights and responsibilities held by tenants and landlords, the remedies provided by law for resolving disputes should they arise, and practical tips on maintaining a good landlord-tenant relationship.
