MONTANA LEGAL SERVICES

The Montana Legal Services Association helps low income Montanans find affordable, non-criminal legal representation. They operate in all counties in Montana, as well as all tribal reservations. Find them HERE


MONTANA FAIR HOUSING

Montana Fair Housing is a private, full-service, nonprofit organization. They are available to help people facing housing discrimination. Find them HERE


MONTANA HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD)

The Montana HUD is an organization that has a variety of resources, from help buying a home, avoiding foreclosure, disability services, homelessness resources, and disaster assistance resources. Find them HERE


HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENSE COUNCIL (HRDC)

The HRDC is an equal opportunity housing organization that offers renting assistance as well as Section 8 emergency renting assistance. They also have resources dedicated to housing homeless people or those in risk of becoming homeless. Find them HERE

Homeword is an organization committed to teaching homebuyer education and financial skill building. They also offer renter’s workshops along with housing and financial counseling services. Find them HERE
